About Me

I am currently a Ph.D. candidate at ANU College of Engineering and Computer Science (CECS), and also an adjunct student at National ICT Australia Ltd. (NICTA). My program is supervised by Nianjun Liu, Lei Wang and Li Cheng.

I received my M.E. from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE), Chengdu, China, in the spring of 2007, and before that, the B.E. degree from Zhejiang University (ZJU), China, in 2004.

Research Interests

My research interests include machine learning, pattern recognition and computer vision.

More specifically, I am focusing on large margin learning algorithms predicting structured outputs, and their applications in computer vision domain, mainly in image processing.
